1. Acceptance and publisher
These terms govern use of TusDus, published by Enis Erdoğan (Türkiye). By using the app, you accept these terms. Do not use the app if you do not accept them. Contact: imdevstudios@gmail.com.
2. Educational purpose and independence
TusDus is an educational tool for planning, revision and practice for TUS, DUS and YDUS. It does not provide healthcare, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; do not use its content for patient care or clinical decisions. TusDus is not published, approved or endorsed by any official examination authority.
3. Questions and study content
Questions and flash cards are prepared for practice and are not presented as official past exam questions. Accuracy, currency and exam success are not guaranteed. Report errors to support with the subject and question/card text.
4. Scores, dates and preference simulation
Placement data in the app covers general-quota results from the first period of 2026. Past scores and preference simulations do not guarantee future quotas, scores or admission. Check the official sources linked in the app for exam dates and preference decisions.
5. Free features and limits
The study timer, planning, notes, statistics, dictionary and preference simulation are available free. The free plan allows 20 random questions per day; subject/topic filters and flash cards are locked. Saved questions and the wrong-answer notebook each hold up to 10 questions. Current features and limits are also shown in the app.
6. Three-day free trial
Plus starts with a three-day free trial offered as an App Store introductory offer. The trial is available once per Apple Account and starts when you confirm on the Apple purchase sheet. During the trial, limits of 100 questions per day, up to 10 per subject per day, and 10 new flash cards per day apply; saved questions and the wrong-answer notebook each hold up to 10 questions. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically starts at the monthly price shown on the purchase sheet and the limits are removed. If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until it ends and then return to the free plan.
7. TusDus Plus subscription
Plus is an optional monthly, auto-renewing App Store subscription. It removes daily question and flash card creation limits and the capacity limits for saved questions and the wrong-answer notebook, and unlocks subject/topic selection and Plus features. The purchase screen shows the current price, period and features. Apple charges your account when the free trial ends or, if you are not eligible for the trial, when you confirm the purchase. Manage or cancel in iOS/iPadOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation, renewal and refunds follow Apple’s terms and applicable consumer rights in your country. The subscription and the app licence are also subject to Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA).
8. Restore purchases and refunds
Restore an active Plus subscription using the same Apple Account used to purchase and the app’s Restore Purchases option. This does not restore notes or study history. Submit refund requests through Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com service; Apple decides the outcome.
9. Your content
You must have the right to use notes, images, PDFs and audio you add. Do not add content that infringes copyright or other people’s personal data rights. Local content is not sent to the developer; you are responsible for it.
10. Intellectual property and use
Rights to the app, design and content belong to their respective rights holders. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial republication is prohibited. Unlawful use, disrupting the app and reverse engineering are prohibited except where permitted by law.
11. Local data and backups
Your study data is stored on your device. If iCloud sync under Settings > Backup is on, data is synced between your devices through your own iCloud account; sync requires iCloud to be on, an internet connection and enough iCloud storage. Restoring Plus purchases does not sync study data. You can also back up to iCloud Drive or a file; otherwise backups depend on system settings. Without a backup, the developer cannot recover data after device loss, resetting or deleting the app. See the Privacy Policy for processing details.
12. Availability and liability
Feature availability may depend on device, OS and app version. The app is provided as is to the extent permitted by law; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Liability that cannot legally be limited and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The developer handles app support communication.
13. Changes and governing law
Terms may be updated as the app changes; the date above shows the last update to these web terms. The laws of Türkiye apply, without removing mandatory consumer rights applicable where you live.
