Getting started
How do I switch between TUS, DUS and YDUS?
Choose your exam on first launch. Change it later in Settings; subjects, questions and ready-made cards follow your selection.
Which devices and languages are supported?
The app interface is available in Turkish and English; change the language in Settings > Appearance and language. Questions, flashcards, the dictionary and exam tips are in Turkish. It is designed for iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 15 or later. Lock Screen and interactive widgets may need newer OS versions.
Do I need internet or an account?
Study tools can be used offline on your device. The app does not require sign-in or an account. Plus purchases/restoration, external links and email require internet.
Questions, cards and notes
How many questions and cards are included?
TUS and DUS include 7,000 questions each and YDUS includes 6,000; each exam has 1,000 ready-made flash cards. Questions have five options and explanations. Access depends on your plan limits.
How do the wrong-answer notebook and saved questions work?
Incorrect answers are kept within your capacity limit. You can also add questions from books or practice exams. Bookmark questions you want to revisit. Free and trial plans each allow 10 saved questions and 10 wrong-answer notebook entries; Plus removes these limits.
Can I create cards and add voice notes?
Trial or Plus access lets you create cards. You can also make cards from your notes by selecting text for the front and then for the back. The trial allows 10 new cards per day. Recording card voice notes needs microphone permission. Flash cards are locked on the free plan; voice notes for wrong questions remain available.
How do I add and highlight notes?
Open a subject in Notes to create a text note, choose a PDF/image or take a photo. Use highlighting and favourites for supported notes. Notes are stored on your device.
I found an incorrect answer or content error.
Email the subject, question/card text and issue. Include a screenshot without personal information if possible. Content is for practice and should not be used for clinical decisions.
Planning, timer and widgets
How do I plan my study?
Choose a date in Planning and add a subject, activity and duration. Schedule revision and mark completed tasks. Follow your daily goal and tasks on the Today screen.
My reminder notification is missing.
Check reminder days/times in the app and system Settings > Notifications > TusDus. Focus mode or scheduled notification summaries may silence or delay notifications.
How do I add widgets?
Touch and hold an empty area on your Home Screen, then choose TusDus in the widget menu. You can also customise the Lock Screen on supported devices. The Flash Card widget needs trial or Plus access. Interactive functions depend on your OS version.
Are scores and preference simulations official results?
No. Scores show general-quota data from the first period of 2026. Simulations and past scores do not guarantee admission. Check official sources for current dates, quotas and results.
Plus and the three-day trial
What is TusDus Plus?
TusDus Plus is an optional monthly, auto-renewing subscription. It removes daily question and flash card limits and the capacity limits for the wrong-answer notebook and saved questions, and unlocks subject/topic selection, flash card voice notes and the Flash Card widget. The subscription starts with a three-day free trial. The app shows the current price before purchase.
What is available free?
Use the timer, planning, notes, statistics, dictionary and preference simulation. Answer 20 random questions per day. Saved questions and the wrong-answer notebook each hold 10 entries. Subject/topic filters and flash cards are locked.
Will I be charged when the trial ends?
Yes, unless you cancel. The three-day trial is the free start of the Plus subscription and is available once per Apple Account. It allows 100 questions per day, up to 10 per subject, and 10 new cards per day. Unless you cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts automatically at the monthly price and the limits are removed. If you cancel, you keep trial access until it ends and then return to the free plan.
I bought Plus but features are still locked.
Check your connection and the Apple Account used to purchase. Use Restore Purchases on the Plus screen. If it persists, email the error message; do not send passwords or payment card information.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel in system Settings > your name > Subscriptions > TusDus. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Request refunds at Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides the outcome.
Data and changing devices
Is my data synced between my devices?
Yes, if iCloud sync under Settings > Backup is on. Your notes, PDFs, cards, study history and settings stay up to date on devices signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account. Restoring Plus purchases does not bring back study data.
What happens if I change phones or delete the app?
If iCloud sync is on, sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on the new device and open TusDus; your data arrives automatically. If sync is off, before moving or deleting, create a backup to iCloud Drive or a file under Settings > Backup; restore it from the same screen on your new device. iCloud/computer backups and device transfer can also move your data. We do not have a copy of study data and cannot recover lost data.
How do I delete my data?
Delete notes, cards and records in their respective screens. Manage device backups separately in system settings. Contact support to request deletion of emails you sent us.
